One of the most important parts of staying well is to look to the future with a view to attempting to avoid a relapse to depression, anxiety, drug or alcohol use, or return to previous problems.

The first step in this process is to work out those situations and patterns of thinking and behaviour that may place us at-risk for falling back into our old habits.
