Over the last week you were going to have a look at your “Pros and Cons Balance Sheet” that you started in Session 1.

If things came up through the week that were examples of positives about drinking, smoking or using, you were going to write them down on your Balance Sheet.

On the other hand, if things came up that were examples of negatives about drinking, smoking or using, you were going to write those things down on your Balance Sheet as well.

Every time you wrote something down, you were going to rate how important that particular thing was to you, using a scale from 0 (not important at all) to 10 (extremely important).
