Over the past week, you were going to consider the questions listed on the “Preparation for Change” handout.
These questions were designed to get you thinking about where smoking, drinking or using speed/other drugs fits in with your other plans for the future.

Also, the questions were designed to start you thinking about what it might actually be like to change your current habits, and to work out some of the things that you need to do before you can take this step.
