Review homework activities from Module 3

During module 3, you were asked to continue to break down the As, Bs and Cs of situations that happened throughout your week that triggered negative feelings or cravings for using alcohol or other drugs.  You were also going to practice mindful walking and mindfulness of another routine activity once a day, and write down these exercises on your Activity Log.  You were also going to consider and answer the questions on the “Preparing for Change” worksheet, and think about where your answers left you in terms of your drinking, smoking or using.
