coping with cravings
An important step in successfully reducing or quitting alcohol or other drugs is to learn how to control your cravings to drink, smoke or use.
Your thought monitoring practice activity is a good start in this process.
But, next in this module, we will look more closely at what it’s like for you when you are having a craving for alcohol, cannabis or speed. We will then suggest some ways to help you cope better with the cravings you have and will give you the chance to try these out at home over the next week or so.
