During Module 4, you were asked to continue to fill out the Thought Monitor for those situations where you feel depressed, negative, unhappy, bored etc. and when you felt like a drink/other drugs.  You were going to try to break these situations down into the As, Bs and Cs.  You were also going to practice mindful walking and another mindful routine activity for 10 minutes each day and write those times down on the Activity Log.  You were also going to have a go at filling out the Activity Log one day ahead, and planning time for at least 1 pleasant and 1 achievement activity to take place on each day.  Finally, you were going to try out your Coping with Cravings strategies, and if relevant for you, have a go at changing your drinking/using
