review homework activities from module 5

During Module 5, you were asked to fill in an activity log by scheduling activities that you enjoy and those that give you a sense of achievement into each day.  You were also going to try to practice mindful walking, mindfulness of a routine activity, and mindful breathing at least once each day for about 10 minutes.  You were also going to try out your coping with cravings strategies and continue to practice picking out unhelpful automatic thought patterns you were using, and practice the stages in managing these thoughts.
