Review homework activities from Module 6
During Module 6, you were asked to fill in an activity log by scheduling activities that you enjoy and those that give you a sense of achievement into each day. You were also going to try to practice the 3-minute breathing space at least once each day, and at times when you felt particularly stressed or overwhelmed. You were going to continue with the Managing Thoughts activity, and practice other mindfulness skills as appropriate. Finally, you were also going to continue to modify your alcohol/other drug use in line with your goals.
