The last part of Module 8 will be spent learning about Refusal Skills.

In the early stages of changing your use of alcohol/other drugs it is important to consider avoiding situations that trigger a craving, or make it difficult for you to resist drinking or using. 

However, avoiding situations like this is not a really long-term solution, nor is it always a practical one. 

So, apart from using the skills you have developed in coping with cravings (and of course using your emergency plan) there are some other things to think about and to try, so you can get through these high-risk situations.
