Review homework activities from Module 8
During Module 8, you were asked to fill in an activity log by scheduling activities that you enjoy and those that give you a sense of achievement into each day. You were also going to try to practice the 3-minute breathing space and other mindfulness skills at least once each day. You were going to manage unhelpful automatic thoughts, and record your thoughts/feelings on your “Managing Thoughts” form. You were going to collect evidence for your alternative, balance core belief that you developed in Module 7, and see if you could apply this exercise to other core beliefs that you hold. You also learned about allowing and letting be and were going to practice this exercise, along with your refusal skills and emergency craving plan if necessary.
